SmartHouse Spaces offers a minimum 2 hour home staging consultancy to help prepare your home to make it appeal to the largest number of potential buyers. A site visit by our home stylists involves assessing your entire property, including the exterior and gardens.
Included is a detailed room – by room analysis, from the point of view of a critical potential buyer with all recommendations suggested in this home staging report. Our home stylists discuss your time frame, target market and budget. You then choose to implement some or all of the home staging changes. This is left with you to work through, or further engage our services.
